In Visual Studio for Mac you can open an integrated terminal window, initially starting at the root of your solution. Search for “Integrated Terminal” in the keyboard shortcuts panel. You should see an option to toggle the integrated terminal. On Mac, you can’t set Command + Option + ` through this panel. (Mac Visual Studio Code won’t register ` with Command or Option keys). Tutorial
For running Visual Studio Code from the terminal, you need to do a few extra steps as from Running Visual Studio Code on macOS: Get Visual Studio Code up and running on Mac (macOS): Launching from the Command Line. You can also run VS Code from the terminal by typing ‘code’ after adding it to the path: Launch VS Code. Syncing Visual Studio Code settings between Mac and Windows 13th May 2020. When I got my Windows computer, the first thing I did was to set up Windows so it mirrors the writing system I had on Mac.

1. ⬇️ Install Windows Terminal Utility
Show extension side bar within VS Code(Mac:Command+Shift+X, Windows and Linux: Ctrl+Shift+X), type windows-terminal
and press Enter and click Install. Restart VS Code when installation is completed.
2. 🚀 Open Windows Terminal
Launch Command Palette(Mac:F1 or Shift+Command+P, Windows and Linux: F1 or Shift+Ctrl+P), Execute Windows Terminal: Open
or Windows Terminal: Open with Profile ..

Keyboard shortcut Settings
In default, filePathBar's commands doesn't apply keyboard shortcuts. Althogh,you can apply keyboard shortcuts by keybindings.json
( Mac: Code -> Preferences -> Keyboard Shortcuts, Windows / Linux: File -> Preferences -> Keyboard Shortcuts).

is diffarent from on Command Pallete. See below table.
